Refund Policy

Booking online and paying for your appointment is just like booking an airplane flight or theatre seats online. Follow the steps in the booking window but please note that your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been processed. We will provide a full refund (less bank fees of 2.5%) if you need to cancel before 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will receive no refund unless we can fill the appointment time with another customer.
